      not that I agree with the ring's list, but the "pound 4 pound" rating isn't some etched in stone concrete list. Its subject to change at any time. It's also subjective.

      I reckon the ring, like me, sees the undeniable talent in donaire and believes his skill is better than that of martinez, pound 4 pound. Has less to do with resume and more to do with his skills.

      Floyd and Pac are the two gods of the sport, they wont leave any time soon. (maybe floyd if he doesn't sign to fight by May or so)
