The left hook Montiel got from Donaire was at full swing coming from the hip. That is the most powerful hook punch.
Look at the vid again and compare it with the left hook that floored vic.

I don't know, both were devastating. Darchinyan ran into his and Donaire pivoted his whole body for Montiel. But the Montiel was probably a bit worse. If you're making weird movements while on your back, your brain just got fucked.

I enjoy seeing Donaire KO anyone.

But I have to with Vic, even though Montiel's was more brutal.

I actually like Montiel as well, but I enjoyed Vic getting destroyed. He talks too much shit for his own good.

vic ran into the punch..montiel actually was going away from it..tells you the power donaire has..really montiel didnt beat the count..fight should been stopped

I don't doubt donaire's power... if we compare the knockouts though, vic got a left hook where nonito used mostly arm power whereas montiel was knocked out with a left hook that had all of donaire's body into the punch. montiel stood up, he beat the count.

LMAO Pinoycutioner, that's a first. Montiel's KO was more brutal, both were excellently timed but the power in Montiel's KO was uncanny.

damn, they were both amazing punches, but i will go with the montiel punch. montiel was just at the end of his punch and was starting to relax his head taking all the tension out when the punch landed and caught him....brutal timing and a really hard shot...but to be fair the vic KO was damn good too...
