These Boxing reality shows like ..The Contender and The next great champ? Does anyone think the winners of the shows will actually go onto have good careers or do you think it's just crap?Personally I think it's all hype and none of these guys would stand a chance against truly talented boxers.

yeah i like the show too, the drama, and even the fights are pretty cool. I also like how they got the one and only Sugar Ray Leonard on it...the mans a legend!!
Ishe Smith sure has a shot at being a top guy. I read somewhere that Kingsley Ikeke (very good canadian fighter) was supposed to be on it, but dropped out at the last minute...good stuff.Comment

I thought Contender was much better then Next Great Chump and the fact they had actual boxing legends on the show helped it tremendously.Comment

I liked the Contender. Im not sure how far some of these guys will go. I thought they won quite a bit of money at the end, because there are guys making a lot less that would woop their ass.Comment

Kingsley Ikeke is not canadian he is Nigerian he only fights out of Toronto and I am not sure if he is even still there.Comment
