Montiel gets up from one of the most hellacious shots thrown at 118 and the ref asks him 3 times to come forward. Montiel stands there and doesn't move forward. The ref wipes his gloves off and says fight... WTF???? Did he want Montiel to get killed in there?

Richard Steele called the Taylor/JCC with 2 seconds left because Meldrick did not respond to his question. Isn't this the exact same thing... and it was in round 2 and not the final round with 2 seconds left.

He wanted to give Montiel a champion every chance possible to recover. He stopped the fight as soon as he saw that he couldnt defend himself. imo the ref did a good job.
