Montiel was out of it as soon as that left connected. He shoudn't have gotten up but miraculously he did. Either way, the ref made up his mind and let him continue. It's not like he let Montiel take a beating for the rest of the round.

we all saw Fernando's incredible heart. the way he tried to get up and in the final second jumped up was from another world.

I think he was looking at his corner. Still can't believe how he got up from that shot. Donaire damn near punched his face off.

He beat the count, wanted to continue. He was given a very small chance, one more hit and the ref stopped it. I liked that he gave him the opportunity, imagine if he had weathered the storm - Sometimes those glimts of a true magic happens.
