    Boxing trends *boxers prime*

I noticed a few things while looking around boxers records

Trinidad started in 1990 and fell off to retire in 2001

Wilfred Benitez started 1973 and fell off 1983

Wilfredo Gomez started 1974 and fell off 1984

All these three fighters fell off at 10 years from starting their peofessional careers, know anymore or want to add something? To me this is odd, but does anybody think ten years in the game is usally a boxers prime years? Or is the number ten bad luck?

    IWATCH whats up buddy!

I know you love your boy Tito and I have to admit I love him too, the guy gave me tons of enjoyment for a long ****ing time but...

Maybe his career lasted 10 years but his prime certainly did not last half that long...he was a one dimensional fighter starting out that used to lose the first four rounds to bums and then land the super left, some think he just got old but thats bull****, Tito was never who we thought he was.

Around 1995 he was in the pound for pound rankings and the #1 ranked welter in the world and he/King decided to wait for PErnell to get old/shot (Sweat Pea was the champ and #1 p4p), he never fought Quartey who was right up there as well(who may have been perfect for Tito), instead he waited for a lightweight who had 14 pro fights at the time by the name of Delahoya.

My point is when he was ranked 6th p4p in 95 some will call it his prime but he was fools gold and a protected fighter with that said anyone fighter with a lefct like that and a managment team that takes care of him like a two year old could have a fools gold prime.

Every fighter is a bad matchmaker away from a loss at points in their career and Tito's prime is damn tough to gage because he was always 1 bad matchmaker away from losing and King deserves a lot of credit.

I love you IWATCH your the man and I have to jab at you sometimes, Tito had a 10 year career but not a ten year prime, Felix was hidden away by King and the gang and when we finally got to see what he was like against fighters that had an A game we found just as much in Al Capone's vault as we did with Tito's overall skill as a fighter.

You brought up three fighters and their 10-11 year careers but you forgot animals like Kenny Keane, Juan Martin Coggi and David Kamua these guys careers were the stuff of legend and the three you brought up are fighters that noone has ever heard of.

Your better than that IWATCH, remember anytime you want to talk about Alfred Kotey you just let me know!
