I'm a big fan of Mares, but I believe Donaire is too much for him right now.

I don't even think Mares can get past Agbeko. Mares is a mindless brawler now, he no longer fights with his brain like he used to. I say 3rd round KO for Donaire. Agbeko and Moreno are the only ones that could give Donaire problems.

if perez is your yardstick, just remember agbeko beat perez in their rematch. let mares deal with agbeko first before he can even think about donaire. i got 10 million on agbeko just in case you're interested.

No im not interested i think Agbeko will win but im not really sure yet. I think Mares,Agbeko and Perez would all give a better fight then Montiel did last night but i would favor Donaire over all 3.

That thread was done last night. I figured i would ask about a potential Mares Donaire fight since its not a given that Agbeko will beat Mares.

mares style pressure combination will beat em specially if he gets back to nacho before this fight and becomes more of his old self coz right now he is regressing

Donaire pretty easily. Mares style plays right into Donaires hands.

The toughest match up for Donaire is Anselmo Moreno.

Moreno doesn't have the power to warrant Donaire's respect, Agbeko would be the best guy to do it, and Agbeko would have to fight the perfect fight. I like Moreno, but I have a hard time seeing it.
