Roy was working 3 times a day against Ruiz....But the 3rd part of that regiment was weightlifting.

Can anyone source that interview and paste it in a diff thread or in this one for others to see? That'd be nice. I know you Spinx got the knowledge to do it.

it's a shame roy sr. and jr. parted ways...sr.'s very ring smart and i think it's just what roy jr. needs right now. but it could be too little too late...

aren't roy jr. and sr. working together?

anyway i think alot of people underestimate roy's ability to comeback here. i think the mike tyson hype of coming back then being beaten has definately helped peoples notion that roy has "no chance" or that "he'll be on the canvas again" i personally have money on roy to win on october 1st and i honestly don't think ill be disappointed.

All I'm hoping for is a fight that isn't boring. It would especially be nice to see a Mayweather-Gatti type of win for Roy Jones. Really, the only time Roy's fight are exciting is when he's just brutalizing the competition.

Roy Jone's is a very exciting fighter. I think your just talking out of your ass.

All the signs point to RJJ having a good showcase against Tarver. He's training hard, he has his Dad (Who he hasn't had for most of his career) training him to get his ring smarts, and some old skills back. He seems motivated for this fight, I would really want to see some pics of his camp, but I doubt there will be any.
