Ok i just watched the Video from the weigh-in, And this is exactly what happened in the video.

Morales is weighing in and like in all his fights he sucks in his stomach yes he raises his arms to tip the scale a little... its a no go... the guy reading the scale keeps telling Erik (in English by the way) to get on the scale and stand still. He does it like 3 or 4 times even takes off his boxers and socks. Its a no go. The public is yelling that he weighed in. Morales gets off and walks away.

They inform the Public that Morales is 1 pound over the limit and that Morales would go loose the pound and come back and weigh in again.

Moments later Arum lets the public know that Morales was actually weighing in at less than 135 lbs, but over 134 lbs and the contracted weight was 134 lbs therefore Morales makes the WBC Lightweight limit but not the contracted weight and that Zahir Raheem's manager gratiously waved off the contract weight.

I know morales weighed in at least 3 pounds over! HHAHAHA at morales tip toeing and waving his arms to make weight! that trick only works with digital weight scales.

Morales waks around at 160 so he is most definitely moving up in weight.

How do you know that it was at least 3 pounds over if the comissioner said 1 lb?
