The first person Donaire thanked after God was Pacquiao. The man is a living legend and truly a great humanitarian. He inspired a poor immigrant child to rise above and become a champion. And now Manny is single handedly building a hospital in the province he represents. His legendary status as one of the top 2-3 fighters ever aside I honestly can't think of any boxer that has given back so much and has been such a wonderful role model. Maybe Joe Louis was the closest. I'm sure Manny was pleased that he helped Donaire realize his potential.
