Is Shawn Porter Really Going Anywere?

I think everyone will agree, that he has failed to set the world a light since making his pro debut.

Last night on ESPN he didn't look like the world beater most are touting him to be.

He seemed lakluster and it was a fairly uneventfull fight. Is Porter a product of hype? Will he become a world champion, or do ou think he be will exploited & found out?
