I think Montiel beats Vazquez, and it's not like Vazquez is the best at 122. Rigondeaux and Nishioka are the best and I would like to see Montiel fight them at 122 that's IF he gets by Nonito.

montiel is way more experienced but wv2 is too big and strong.

if montiel boxes he'll win,he does box well,he used to be more of a boxer,but if he starts trading i think he'll lose,i think he's just a small bantam,and if he goes up it's worse,vazquez is a pretty big jr feather as it is,it would have to do with how montiel decides to fight him...i would rather see him fight a ranked fighter first at 122

He must be having problems with weight; otherwise why move up? Bantamweight is the hottest division in boxing; Darchinyan, Agbeko, Yonnhy Perez, Abner Mares, Anselmo Moreno, a Donaire rematch. ****, Montiel againt any of those guys would be a great fight

Great point. Theres some great fights (and possible future rematches) coming up in this division. Im really looking foward to how all this plays out, starting with tonight.
