Even at this stage, its pretty much an even money fight as far as I'm concerned because outside of a few astute boxing observers, most people are clueless as to how good Mayorga really is.
He is awkward and unpredictable which could make for some interesting moments but even money?

Just imagine the headlines if Mayorga starches Cotto.

This guy beat Forrest twice who is 100x the fighter Cotto could ever dream of being.

Sleep on him at your own risk.

Mayorga doesn't get the respect he deserves because of his mouth. People forget that he only lost to Mosley because of a last second KO. If not for that miracle, he'd have won that fight on the cards.

Cotto, likes to brawl which is right up Ricardos alley. No matter how disciplined Steward thinks he'll have Cotto, Mayorga is going to drag him into a brawl because in the long run, Cottos emotions will come into play, just as we seen in the video. Add in the known bombs Mayorga will throw and combine that with the memories of getting pounded upside the head by Tony and Manny, well, its not out of the question that Miguel might fold come crunch time.
