There ain't much year to speak of yet.

I feel pretty certain this will be high on list of best matches made at year's end though.

i hope im wrong, and there's a good chance i might be. but i think that while this fight will be good, it won't be a FOTY candidate. I think for large periods of each round donaire will be peddling off the back foot measuring with the jab, occasionally firing a straight, or one of his "outta nowhere" hooks, uppercuts, or "hookercuts". . . Montiel will be searching and searching, but donaire will just keep that perfect distance all night and cruise to a decision along the lines of 117-111 in a fight with only brief moments of two way action.
