I don't think any nation really cares about the lower weights. I'm sure if someone in Japan, Germany, or Mexico offered Montiel and Donaire $1 million they would have took it.

Hopefully soon, he has athletic ability and plenty of it but is a pretty awful boxer and needlessly holds when he doesn't have to. Hope he gets ko'd soon so they can overpay someone better.
