Berto has twice now tried to secure a bout with Cotto, but Miguel and his camp won't even entertain the idea. Not even at 154. What's Berto supposed to do? I, personally, think the fight would be a good one. I'd pay to see it.

Arum cherry picked Floyd's career (that's why you never saw him in with southpaws like casamayor or stevie johnston).
I'm not saying those guys would have beaten Floyd but it's a known fact Floyd has trouble with southpaws dating back to his amateur days.

Arum cherry picked De La Hoya's career (no rematches. no matter how a fighter might have just been robbed by top rank and dlh, no rematches).

Arum avoided matching Oscar up with fighters like Winky Wright and Vernon Forest. He also avoided Vargas until Vargas finally got washed up.

He promoted Winky Wright like crap and then later claimed it was the black communities fault for Winky not selling.

The guy can never seem to keep his emotions or mouth in check. When he talks he looks like a slimy, wet lizard. I wish he would just GO!

Everyone keeps saying floyd has trouble with southpaws, but what south paw has he fought that has won any decision, or has looked better than him???

Zab and Floyd have sparred together, in the amateurs etc. They know each other, this wasnt the first time they got in a ring together........ People say Zab Judah gassed, people say shane gassed, well I got a message for everyone that has ever boxed, people spar, and actually train with rounds, this is why you will see ****m, Judahs father YOEL saying time!! They are increasing endurance while tehy are training. To say Judah/Shane was tired because of Himself is foolish, My family is very athletic, we are natural athletes, and as we always say, if something happens to you and you get shut down on that field, in that ring, on that court etc, its because of opposition. I can guarantee that if judah was in the ring by himself he wouldnt have gassed in 4 rounds, if shane was in the ring by himself he wouldnt have gassed in 2 rounds etc...

If that's struggling with southpaws, then yeah I guess he struggles with them in route to wide UD's and stoppage wins.

Evereything I stated was fact, these southpaws he struggles with, go back and see how many rounds they won against floyd.. Thats your answer right there.

Berto is not a big enough name to have hate (just yet). I mean Pac wont even fight him so what does that tell you? (he doesn't have a big enough name or is "too good", you decide)

Dude can fight who ever until someone WITH a big name wants to fight him. In the meantime HBO pays his bills. Nobody can hate that since Pac is collecting a check by fighting "has beens" coming off losses.

IMO when/IF Mayweather returns, he fights Berto in Aug-Sep/end of the year.
