    Cajun Boxers - any ATG

With all the press nasty Louisiana is getting, what about Cajun Boxers, are there any all time greats, do any of them box and are they all inbred swamp hillbillies or can some actually read and write?

Pete Herman & Joe Brown immediately pop into my mind, and I'd consider both of them as an all-time great in each of their respective divisions (I'd have Herman as a top 10 all-time Bantamweight, and 'Old Bones' Brown as an top 15/20 all-time Lightweight).

      There's two guys anyways.

        Whoops!

I messed up the question and instead named a couple of great fighters who came from New Orleans...Oh well.

But hey, seeing as how Pete Herman came from the French part of town and went back there after he retired from boxing (opened up a bar there), he's probably the much better "cajun" answer out of the two names I gave.
