Comments Thread For: Alejandro Sanabria Confident of Beating Rocky Juarez

Super featherweight Alejandro Sanabria (26-1, 21KOs) is feeling confident as he heads closer to the biggest fight of his career. On Saturday at Auditorio Ernesto Rufo in Baja California, Mexico, Sanabria will face tough veteran Rocky Juarez (28-7, 20KOs) for the vacant WBC Continental Americas super featherweight title. Juarez has lost his last three bouts, against Jorge Linares, Jason Litzau and Chris John. A loss to Sanabria could be the occurence that puts Juarez on the brink of retirement.

I hate seeing juarez fight.. The guy barely throws any punches till the last 2 rounds when hes behind. He will never be on top... He wont win a title just like he couldnt get gold in the olympics

WTF happened to Rocky Juarez. He took Barrera to a SD and now he's on the brink of retirement. Is Ronnie Sheilds still training him? If so, he should probably get a new trainer because that clearly hasn't worked.

It's not that he's a bad fighter. But his confidence is shot now.

Hard to watch him fight now. Abit of a shame. He had potential.

It not only that it also to do with the fact that juarez has faced the best fighters out there like soto barrera marquez john linares. If he fought a weak tittle holder he might be able to win a tittle.
