Yes, you are right about that, but it goes both ways. Pac fans also argue against any criticism against Manny. Its just natural to defend whoever you're down with against someone pointing out the negatives. Another thing too is there is a history of this stuff going back and forth here, so people are going to respond differently than they would if they talked about it to someone that was not apart of this forum. I'm guilty of it too but in reality I know both fighters have done some ****** things. This fight should have been made and you can't put all the blame on one fighter.

Real fans of boxing, who happen to admire Mayweather's skills in the ring truly do not care about the media perception of Floyd. Floyd fans are endeared to the fact that he could fall in a bucket of **** and come out smelling like a rose, because we've seen it happen time and time again. There's nothing really that wrong with Pac, but when you have hard core Pac fans dissing on Floyd, they are going to counter back even if they don't truly believe what they are saying. Its a get back at you type of thing a lot of times. And I don't think all Floyd fans believe Floyd chooses to be the bad guy and don't believe they all believe they are taking on the bad guy image with him. Its hard to categorize a Floyd fan or Pac fan because a lot of them have their own views. That's not really operant during a flame war. At that time both sides are looking for every little thing to pick on, that's why it seems everyone thinks the same.

Its a metaphor meaning when you think that the dudes back is against wall, the end result always shows him favor. The dude is still undefeated, highest paid fighter in the game, Rogers free, and he may still end up free from incarceration with the Pacquiao fight still in the picture.

Floyd and his fans claim that Floyd has to play "bad guy/villian" in order to sell his fights and promote himself. They say that he has to talk a lot of **** in order to stay relevant when he's not fighting so that his name will always be the tip of the tongues of both fans and critics/haters. His fans claim that any publicity is good publicity regardless of the fact that Floyd's constantly making an ass out of himself. Ok, if doing all this boosts up Floyd's ppv sales and helps sell the Floyd Mayweather brand then great! It works for him and helps line his pockets will millions.

Floyd claims he doesnt care what the boxing world thinks or says about him, yet cries his eyes out during the post fight press conference following his win over Baldomir because he said he feels he isnt getting the credit he feels he deserves. Floyd claims he doesnt care about pfp ranking status, yet catches a hissy fit when Brian Kenny introduces him as the "former #1pfp in the world"

I've asked this question many times in threads and it always gets ignored. So?

As a boxing fan (Meaning I enjoy all fighters, Floyd obviously being the most talented of the bunch)
If you stuck to the facts about Floyd, you guys wouldn't be soo annoying.
You guys get too emotional and that shyt is annoying... Can't wait till either MosRoid or FloydRoid ends this, and trust me (Skill for skill, Manny don't want none of Floyd)
Still to skkills and boxing talk, not emotional rants about how much you hate the dude.. Point is, he is the best boxer to date (Skill wise)
