I was just wondering do you think this fight would have a big fight atmosphere in Vegas and would sell a lot of tickets?

No, there will be 5000 people there and they'll all be Khan fans. Khan should do what the Klitschko's do and only fight in England in front of 50k people.
If you draw big in Europe, why would you come to the shithole U.S where nobody cares about boxing and you'll fight in an empty arena.
Its fucking ******ed.Comment

khan's fans don't travel like hatton's fans. timmah has no fans.

I don't know why people are talking as if Khan is already is a big Draw in the US because that is FAR FROM THE TRUTH
and Timothy Bradley is not a draw really at all...but fans need to forget all the whole Tickets Sales BS...it is not like any of you will be getting some of that money, I just want to see that fight, I don't give a **** if it is in Oscar De La Hoya's or Richard Schaefer's Garage or Back Yard and only 200 people attend, as long as they fight I could careless about ticket sales and all that stuffLast edited by sicko; 02-17-2011, 02:17 AM.Comment

I don't see this fight being that much bigger of a draw than the Maidana fight. There are more belts at stake but Maidana is a more explosive fighter. In the Maidana fight there were ?? about how Khan's chin would hold up to Maidana's bombs. Those ??? have been answered and Bradley does not bring the same kind of firepower.Comment

I agree though, I rather fighters take the show on the road where it would get the best attendance and give fights the best atmosphere. People follow trends, if the US audience sees consistently huge crowds and great atmosphere, their opinions of boxing will slowly change.
Bradley-Khan would be an even better crowd and live atmosphere than the Maidana fight and just a few of them made it seem like a solid crowd.
My prediction is (remember we're talking about Las Vegas in July) in between 6 and 8K. I have a feeling more of Khan's fans will want to make the trek after the McCloskey fight and since it's for the #1 spot.Comment
