Battle of Speed? I don't think so...In 3 rounds maybe...Mosley can still be dangerous for pac but I don't think he can still pull the trigger...He just doesn't have it anymore...

WBO welterweight champion Manny Pacquiao is expecting a battle of speed when he defends the title on May 7th against Shane Mosley at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas. Mosley is faster than most of Pacquiao's recent opponents, which includes Antonio Margarito, Joshua Clottey, Oscar De La Hoya and Miguel Cotto. Pacquiao is still a lot faster, and a lot more active than Mosley.

the gall of this clown, he keeps trying to sell this fight, he thinks fans are as ****** as his opponent selection, pure garbage of a matchup no matter how much they try to spin it or hype it not even worthy of being on boxeo azteca. mosley is soo old and soo shot, and he looked soo terrible in his last 2 fights, again this is the ONLY kind of fighter pac faces. MAayweather will be the only guy elite in their prime pac will ever have faced and thats a big MAYBEE!

By comparison Mosley is a lot more dangerous than Berto and JMM.

Maybe for the first 3 rounds. He'll still have enough stamina to inflict some punishment (very dangerous); but after the 4th or 5th round - he'll start gassing. Mosley will probably blow his wad by the third round looking for the quick KO or TKO (via refree stopage) - but Pac is too quick and will make him miss. IMHO, it should've been Berto or JMM stareing Pac across the ring come May 7th. Pac via KO or TKO (refree stopage) in the 8th or 9th round. Unless Pac decides to carry Mosley for the rest of the fight (ala Margarito).
