I expected Manny Pacquiao to be just like one that comes along.

The Philippines usually have only one Title holder from guys like Navarette, Pascua etc. and then we had 2 when Gerry and Espinosa where champions at 126 and 115.

When Singsurat kayoed him. I didnt expected him to come back. but againts Ledwabba he did and i got something to cheer for.


I was already battling at the trenches among the many threads in MAB forum as early as August even the fight is not officially signed. MAB was the man and Pac on a streak so obviously the fight must be made.


Pac manhandled Barrera like a small puppy and to me nothing can top that.

For me, I very much enjoyed Pac beating Oscar.

Remember Oscar ducked Marg to fight Pac, and everyone felt it was a bullshiet fight.

Pac has had a lot of great moments, but I enjoyed Oscar quitting. Oscar chose the weight of 47, he picked on the little guy, and he was exciting and boxed well.

No one bring in hate on Pac or bring in Mayweather or any other fighter to cause hate.

It's all about appreciating your fighter.

I still can't believe that he took on Barerra, Marquez, and Morales back to back to back. What a legend.

I was a Ledwaba fan. I liked Ledwaba. I thought he was the best at 122 at the time. And, the first time I saw Pac was against Ledwaba. I didn't even know who he was at the time. So I couldn't believe this little Asian dude just came in 3 weeks notice and blew Ledwaba out the water.

And, then the Barrera fight...Wow...I just knew he was the truth after that. Any doubt I had about Pac prior was gone after his performance over Barrera. He just destroyed a great fighter in his prime in Barrera.

After that is when I started really following Pac. I knew he was going to be a problem...And, my favorite Pac moment....Well y'all should know what it was...Dec 6, 2008 is for me perhaps the greatest night in boxing in my lifetime

The favorite moment will always be the Barrera fight. I could still hear Buboy squeal like a pig when the ref stopped the fight.
