Just thinking why Ross Greenburg confirmed a second negoatition did happen between a Mayweather representative and Arum.
Shaefer said he didn't know anything at all, and him and Al Haymon talk daily.
I suspect Mayweather's team didnt need GBP, and would get more money. Let's face it, Top Rank could promote it and make big money for all fighters, and with one less Promoter involved, more gets split to all.
Possibly Ellerbe etc... said there were none to not upset GBP etc.. since the fight was not made.
I don't think GBP have Mayweather as their fighter completely. Maybe one off deals?
