why does floyd have so many "internet" fans, BUT NEVER AT HIS LIVE FIGHTS?!

seriously, he fights in his home town of vegas, yet guys from all over the world come in AND BRING MORE FANS WITH THEM?!

i know floyd plays the "bad guy" role. but from **** you see on the internet, he should have thousands of screaming *****s to cheer him on. THIS WOULD BE COOL TO BE JUXTAPOSED WITH ALL THE BOOS from the opposition fans. HOWEVER, never any? WHY?! Are floyds fans not financially able? There HAS to be some sort of correlation here, even if a weak one.

You gotta remember that he likes fighting not to please his fans, but to please his wallet. He can have an arena in Las Vegas full with 10k people and make over a million dollars, as opposed to having an arena with 30K + and wont be able charge as much.

Plus you gotta remember, less people at the arena means more people at home paying to watch this Guy fight.

PAC&PBF i gotta concede with you on that point. Still it seems like with the amount of "internet fans" ive seen, you'd think they would turn up to support him.

I don't think a lot of his internet fans go to watch his fight live, I think his prices started at $250 for nosebleed seats at the Mosley fight, that's a lot of money. That would put a dent in most of NSB members.

because all of his fans are cowards who don't want to revel themselves into public.....while they remain anonymous online....

I have been to mayweater vs hatton(mostly hatton fansy and mayweather vs mosley, which to my utter surprise there where a lot of mayweather fans. The people who went to that fight where either mayweather fans or boxing fans that wanted to see him lose. But none the less he brought those people in

The difference in 10k - 20k extra at an arena is not a huge dent in PPV numbers though. I think the reason is how Floyd fights. He won't appeal to your casual boxing fan enough to fork out for arena tickets. Pac on the other hand is all action. I'm not saying more exciting (I love watching both fighters equally) but Pac is obviously more appealing to the broader public. Floyd is like a fine wine. If you don't drink the **** your not going to appreciate an expensive bottle! His PPV numbers are good because there are plenty who like a fine bottle but can't afford the real deal!
