He could win this by going in and hitting donaire with hard shots, but the problem is donaire is good at hitting people when they are coming in. Donaire was been tried and tested. The guy can take a punch from heavier opponents. e.g Rafael Concepcion was came in almost 2 full weight division higher than Donaire and still won UD over Concepcion.

Yea Rome homie. I am really torn on this fight. Montiel is fast, strong, and skilled. But so is Donaire. Montiel will bumsrush from time to time, and Donaire is effective at timing opponents on their way in. But Donaire I feel has been distracted by all the mess goin on outside the ropes, namely his family situation. I'm really tempted to put points on Montiel, but something is telling me that Donaire is gonna pull this one out in a real gutsy performance. IDK how to call this one, but we might have a FOTY candidate this weekend, with a rematch this summer.
