Manny had a legit reason for refusing OSDT in the 1st place. He gave blood before the morales fight and felt weakened. Would Floyd fight without xylocaine?

Manny later agrees to the terms. Then Floyd says hes on vacation and isnt interested in boxing.

Floyd's demands for additional testing are unfounded and simply not his place to request.... It's all just B.S.

The Xylocaine Floyd uses is no Mystery... I think it was the 24/7 Mayweather Vs De LaHoya where he was at the doctors getting shots and para-fen soaks.

His hands are delicate and brittle. Probably another reason he doesnt want a brawling style fighter like Manny.

Also probably why he recently only has decision wins and no knockouts. His hands are his Achilles heel.

I think Floyd is more than Manny, but manny just needs to take the ****ing tests- it's not that big a deal.

I'm 99% sure pac's not on steroids(there's no evidence of it whatsoever) but I don't know why he's being a ***** about the drug tests
