Besides having the father he has, what exactly has Ronald Hearns achieved to earn himself a title shot?
      Ridiculous match-up.

rochemback, ask sturm and his team. he is the "A side" of the promotion and the fight. He chose Hearns, Hearns didn't choose him. Hearns is used to fighting on undercards of local fights in michigan. He has a decent little fanbase in detroit. He is a nice guy, so is senor hearns. . . he is doing what any sane boxer would do, take a fight making prolly 200k or so, on a big international stage in front of 10K plus fans. . . This is a HUGE transition for him, and I think he doesn't have much of a chance, to be honest. but still, WAR HEARNS

heh i know the fight isn't that tantalizing. but lets show some love to the son of one of the greatest. he isn't some spoiled hype job like chavez jr. yeah he has been "built" up a little, but he doesn't have that attitude of entitlement. he deserves this opportunity. lets support him

Yeah, that wasn't any criticism on Hearns, he would be ****** not to take the opportunity, especially as his 0 is gone already and with that the tip of the iceberg of his marketability.
Can't believe the WBA let Sturm through with this one and not make him face Golovkin or the African-based French boxer, whose name I can never remember without looking it up, sorry.

edit: N'Dam N'Jikam is the name, didn't mean to be disrespectful, just tough to remember
Anyways, what a mess with WBA at middleweight with a super champion (Sturm), a regular champion (Golovkin) and an interim champion (N'Dam N'Jikam)...

agreed 100% roch. hassan n'dam n'jikam. BEAST, he is! seriously he has one of the best styles to watch in boxing. very aesthetically pleasing (no **** of course haha). i would pay to see either sturm vs. n'dam/golovkin. love the sound of those matchups.

here is a link to his fight against martirosyan. both guys are excellent boxers. PERFECT outside fighter vs. true inside fighter matchup. martirosyan is like 5'6'' at middleweight, and n'jikam is like 6'0'' so it's a really cool fight to watch. martirosyan really does some work on the inside, but n'jikam i felt controlled most of the time, for more rounds.

Sturm is your typical German pussy. In fact, Sturm is actually the posterboy that all other German pussies conduct their title reigns in his fashion. While the fighters deserve blame, it's the German citizens that I laugh at. How could you tolerate this? Even worse, how do you seemingly enjoy it? Bunch of sado-masochistic fucks.

War Hearns. Bring another title to America.
