    Possible fights for 2005...

2005 looks to be a good year with some potentially good fights, What are the fights to be excited about:

    Tszyu/Cotto v Hatton

    Trinidad v Hopkins/ Sturm/ Wright

    Toney/ Rahman v Klitschko

Calzaghe v Lacy (maybe towards the end of the year or 2006)

    Barrera/ Morales/ Marquez v Pacquaio

De La Hoya v Spinks/ Judah

Roy Jones sayin he wanna fight the winner of Tarver and Johnson, but i dont know if this gonna happen, but these are enough fights if they all happen. It should be a good year.

Yeah I would also like to see the Two winners of the Cruiser show down this Jan to go at it and Unify thecruiser division. My guess it would be Big Truck vs Give em Hell for wbc/ibf/wba belts

id love to see carl thomson fight johnny nelson again. that would be an explosive fight. thompson destroyed rothman a few fights ago, and exposed david haye. calzaghe would beat lacey. joe needs to go after tarver or johnson

those should be good fights, but i have a different twist on my list, here it goes:

#1 has to be SacTown's own Chico Corrales vs. Jose Luis Castillo, with the winner to fight Julio Diaz. Then in a year or 2, the last man standing can fight Baby Bull Diaz for the undisputed championship (wishful thinking I know!)

#2 would have to be Vitali vs. Anybody Witha Pulse, either Rahman or Toney or both would be just fine

#3 is Byrd vs. Ruiz, just so that one of them won't be on TV anymore after they lose

#4 is Barrera-Pacquaio II, I want to see how Marco will do at the higher weight & without all of the distractions

last but not least, Tarver vs. Hopkins, aside from defense #20, Nard has no reason to stay at middleweight, & despite what he may say tarver ain't goin up 2 heavyweight, he's perfect at 175 and could make 170 as a catch weight vs. Hopkins

Tarver Vs Hopkins ( providing Tarver beats Johnson which he should do ) would be a great fight i think and give Hopkins a new challenge. Don`t think Tarver can drop to 170 but i doubt Hopkins would argue. I think Hopkins could fight at 169 and still beat tarver. It would be a competitive fight though and one i`d pay to watch!

Hopkins will talk but then make a ton of excuses not to fight Tarver.
