My thing is that, it was just a request that BOTH fighters would undergo the random tests. Wasn't like Floyd was asking Pac to pay 10MIL for every LB over or under the WW limit. Floyd didn't do a Pac to Mosley and only want Shane to take the tests then refuse when Shane asked Pac to take it. It was a stipulation in the contract that prior, Roach said wouldn't be a problem. For people to think that Floyd was accusing Pac they would have to believe that Floyd was accusing himself because he was willing to take it as well.
