Well Justin Beiber's has mentioned that he rocks his hair like that because of Bruce Lee.

Manny just stated a few days ago that he also is rocking his hair like that because Bruce Lee is his idol.

It's just both are inspired by Bruce Lee but people just don't know too much about Bruce lee so they think Manny is inspired by Justin Beiber.
