I was very tired in the third round.

All and all I had a good time.

        So Judge away.

I must spread around rep before I can give you anymore...

        Good stuff man.

I have no advice (not and expert, or a trainer, or active boxer)...Just, keep it up bro. Good to see you take the bull by the horns. Respect!

The two biggest things I can see right now is your jab and using your legs with your punches. You kinda have a Mosley-esqe jab right now, get on the bag and get your 1 2 (jab, straight right) down. Try to develop a strong stiff jab with some pop. Another thing is your mostly throwing arm punches right now meaning all your punching power is coming mainly from your arms, start practicing sitting on your punches and really using your legs to increase your punching power. And keep composer. But good job homie.

Too many arm punches; You need to retract them and bring them back, don't leave them out there. Finish your punch.

You lean back and look away too much. You need to not only sit on your punches, but also crouch a bit more. Leaning forward is much better than leaning backward. Bending your knees, keeping your back slightly hunched, and chin tucked can solve this problem.

Your footwork is a bit clumsy also. Stay on the balls of your feet. Traditional footwork drills always work. The way I corrected my footwork is I made a habit of even walking on the balls of my feet around the house (not in public of course). I also have flat feet to, but it really helped.
            Good stuff.

I'll will keep this in mind for sparring.

                O yea another thing.

Dont paw at your opponent. Punch out and bring your hand straight back to your face. Its more efficient like this. The more efficient you become in the ring the least energy you waste. And keep your boxing stance, once you get out of your stance and start walking forward with your punches you not only lose power but become easy to throw off balance.
