You can say all you want about why you think Mayweather/Pacquiao hasn't happened, but it says volumes that every fighter with GBP who wants a chance at Pacquiao has to walk away from them first.

bob said this last year. everytime he has floyd as a priorty and make it seem like he trying to make the fight someone else says they already have a fight. arum could tell me my last name and i wouldnt believe him.

when he was saying in june that they were trying to contact floyd and set the fight up
margirito in may was saying how hes fighting manny in nov.

it wasnt a day that passed after margirito fight where mosley saying hes going to fight manny next. even tho bob was making it seem mayweather was num 1 then marquez n berto were in the running. he was already negotiating with mosley and finalizing the papers. look for manny to fight the mayorga if he somehow beats cotto. or cotto rematch at 154 or marquez at end of the year. once arum runs out of options then he will try his best to make the big fight

Hopefully, the fight gets made but all the drama is tiresome and getting old now. In the meantime, I will look forward to the fights that should offer some fireworks (Donaire vs. Montiel, AA vs. Ward, Johnson vs. Froch and hopefully, Bradley vs. Khan)...
Yea GBP has done very well for Floyd but before Floyd left Top Rank Arum was doing right by him also taking care of issues and paying way above his market value (which is why it is laughable when Arum dogs people about Berto getting paid to much).

There was no way to get De La Hoya without getting away from Top Rank (at the time) I don't really see why Floyd wouldn't do the exact same thing to GBP especially if Arum is going to play hardball over the issue, if Arum gives Floyd an offer he can't refuse I don't see why not.

But it's looking like Pac's trajectory for his next 2 fights is Marquez in November, Bradley in May of '12. So looks like all the people saying Manny is ducking Marquez or he won't fight anyone young, Black, 'slick', undefeated, etc (assuming he doesn't lose) will be eating crow very soon.
I hope you don't think Bradley is a slick fighter? he's young, black, undefeated, not slick. Berto>Bradley, and Berto is not even slick either.

You *******s throw slick around like every fighter is slick. Zab Judah is the slickest fighter next to Floyd from 140-147. Martinez is the slickest fighter from 154-160.

                That's true.

I remember when Arum was talking about a countdown for Floyd and showing the media that he's supposedly trying to make the fight. In other reports, way before the countdown, you had Margarito claiming Arum already told him he's gonna fight Pacquiao in November. Same thing happened with Clottey. And like the saying goes; fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me. Arum is not fooling any one this time. An opponent, date, and venue is already chosen for Pacquiao's next fight after Mosley. Arum is the girl who cried wolf. No one who's unbiased will believe him. We'll have to see it to believe it.

But he's Black (not African though, it's different) so that makes him 'slick' automatically. Didn't you listen to a word Bernard Hopkins said?
