those fights that are being thrown at Manny is as a better alternative to the fights he has been taking. with the exception of Marquez because of the history and Martinez because Manny illegitimately "won" the belt he was forced to vacate

He made too much money in 2010 off the Mosley fight alone, to fight Pac that same year would of caused him to lose money in terms of IRS and higher tax bracket, Manny never see's the purse he generates the bad contract where Arum and GBP take all his doe, as a result he is not taxed like Floyd is. Pac can fight more often cause he's making less money. Floyd is saving Pac for late 2011, his one big money fight this year.

This. Floyd has said since he came back he is only fighting once a year. The tax bracket above 100million dollars is not to his liking, so he's just going to do it once a year. He puts in enough work in the gym to come out in great form despite being pretty inactive.
