The most controversial question came from a man who told Pacquiao, “Would you please, for everyone, just take the test?” After the audience booed him, Pacquiao, to his credit, answered: “You have to believe that my boxing skill is natural. I am strong. I do not take medicine. I’m all-natural."

How come he doesn't answer with this in public:

"That’s why I made the concession to take anything [blood tests] he wants at any time. Even during the fight before the sixth round if he wanted!"

What happen to that?

I haven't seen any vids of the Pac/Mosley Q&A with fans, but I never do take Manny's rehearsed interviews seriously. I don't think he's denying the testing procedure altogether, but was responding to it out of context and interpreted it as steroid accusation. They could've made it clearer by saying "so the Mayweather fight can happen."
