Marco Huck vs. Giacobbe Fragomeni on April 2

After a tough fight with Denis Lebedev, Marco Huck is going to take on a softer opponent in his next title defense: age 41 Giacobbe Fragomeni.

I'm not enthusiatic about this fight, because Fragomeni appeared faded against Wlodarczyk last year. I think he should retire instead of facing another strong puncher like Huck.

Robert Helenius will very likely be fighting on this card. From what I've read, they are looking to match him with a well-known fighter, but there's no mention yet about who it will be.

Why doesn't Lebedev get a rematch?

I don't know why Sauerland is not pushing for a CW unification bout between IBF titlist Steve Cunningham and WBO titilist Marco Huck. Both fighters are fighting under the Sauerland banner, both are arguably at the top of their game, and they could really play up the rematch aspect of it. I think it's a huge fight in Germany as both fighters are well known..

Because he won the first fight and Huck knows it.

Sauerland owns the Cruiserweight. Theres a lot of talk about the upcoming fights like Hernandez-Jones (a part of Super6?).
They want to do this tourney, but couldnt do it until everyone has done their mandatory defences.

            Huck-lebedev (huck won)
            Hernandez-Herelius (hernandez won)
            Cunningham-Licina (USS won)

            all the Sauerland fighters won.

just Wlodarczyk-Palacios is left than there will be big fights.

I think Wlodarczyk and Cunningham are past it.

Marco Huck is a joke just like all other German fighters.

Because they know Cunningham would whoop Hucks ass(again), and they would rather not have their hometown German fighter lose, especcially after Abraham has been exposed.

its a tough business, you better knock him out. I scored it 8-4 for Lebedev, but I think he lost the (for some close) fight with the last round. He barely threw a punch. I know he aint a 12-rounder, but if he thought "I cant lose that fight, I won it, just dont risk anything in the 12th" is ****** move in the hometown of crookies.
