Khan vs Bradley: 50/50 or does Khan deserve larger share?

imho economics usually dont dictate 50-50, how many fights in the last decade you guys know that had a 50/50 split?

I think that due to Khan's star status, fan-base, UK PPV, and pulling power, he can make the case for a 60-40 split of the fight revenue. However, Bradley is the divisional champ and that has to be factored into negotiations.

60-40, 55-45 in Khan's favor seems fair enough to me.

I think it should be 50-50. Khan has a bigger fan base but Bradley is the man at 140 and Khan doesn't become that unless he beats him. If not Khan can just keep fighting the Paul Mccloskey's of the division.

Speaking hypothetically, does Khan have the right to call off the fight if Bradley wants 50/50, despite Khan clearly being the bigger draw?

Or does Bradley, as the number 1 fighter in the division, with arguably the best resume, have the right to nothing less than the 50/50 split?

Simply put, is Khan a big enough star where he doesn't need the Bradley fight? Which pretty much gives him the okay to call off the fight over purse splits, or just about any other nonnegotiable expectation from the Bradley camp.

If so, what would Khan's and Bradley's alternative be?

Bradley is top dawg at 140.He has the best resume.Khan is the bigger star,but if he chooses to call of the fight for being cheap,that leaves Bradley in a better position than he,because Bradley still has loads of other top talent to give the business to & Khan won't be the best until he beats Bradley or Bradley gets sonned.But no matter what anyone says,Bradley fights anybody & Khan didn't even wanna avenge his smack down at the hands of Prescott.

Its all about who generates the most money and that is Khan.

Bradley is not known in his own country Khan is a big star in Britain boxing is not about who deserves it, its who brings the most to the table.

lets face it Khan could probably make as much money fighting any decent opponent Khan does not need Bradley to make big money, If Bradley cant get Pac then he needs khan to make big money.

no it doesn't **** all over Khans resume that is a vast over exaggeration there resumes are actually very comparable. I believe Bradley has the best resume out of the two but its hardly by a country mile. (its pretty close)

100% guarentee the khan/mclosky fight will generate more revenue than any fight in bradleys career so far.

This isnt even a question, Khan will have the bigger split overall, i can see it being 52/48 US revenue, then something like 75-25 UK revenue.

Bradley being #1 doesnt mean a damn thing when it comes to negotiations when he could only sell 339 tickets in over a month for the "superfight".

bradley is a hype job, he deserve nothing of the uk money, khan is the cash cow, khan brings in the ppv, khan brings in the huge audience, its like saying mosley deserved 50-50 because he was champ and mayweather wasnt
