i havent seen an entire peter fight, but watching his higlights, i'm not impressed with technique... he seems sloppy, but he is powerful...

He sucks ass, swings for the fences with almost every shot.
I think he's afraid of being hit too, because when Diaz hit him, he stopped punching entirely for a short time, and didn't really put the pressure on until Diaz gassed out completely. Oh yeah, and he hit Diaz when he was basically down too.
