If Abraham vs. Ward was in a neutral location, Abraham would have a chance.

But it will be in California with the California Boxing Commission's officials. They'll have a crooked ref like Jack Reiss work the fight, so Ward will be able to headbutt and otherwise foul.

If Abraham can unload those kind of body shots on Ward for a good 6 rounds then he can make things interesting. I think Ward will win on points but I'm cautiously optimistic that Abraham can maybe push Andre to the brink...
