              Maybe im just used to Floyd and the younger boys working the pads. Henry looks slow and off balance. I can see that he's trying to straighten up his punches but I dont think he getting much power because his feet are in the wrong position. The mit work training is great for inside fighting but only if you move your head and have good defense at some point. I dont see any movement from Henry, meaning his head is always in the same position. You notice Roger only gives him one swoop over the top I guess simulating a hook and he does it slow as hell. Maybe this is at the end of a work-out and im being to critical. Henry to me needs major work.
