According to box rec they are gonna fight on the Cotto vs Mayorga undercard..is this really happening?..if so I hope they televise it instead of the Christy Martin fight

Bob Arum is involved the man is the king of the sideshows. So he rather show Cristy Martin over true fights.
This is the man that had Butterbean and Mia St John on his televised PPV undercards FFS's.
King being involved has me optimistic because he puts on real fights. But, even though is a co-promotion I think Arum has more say in the matter. And, that is not good.
That is why I'm skeptical with this CBS deal. I mean lets not forget this is the man that ruined the Versus deal when he Tye Fields and Yuri Foreman'd us to death. But, that is either here nor there.
Garcia-Nietes is a solid fight. Garcia is not a bad fighter. He's only lost is to a pretty talent Nkosinathi Joyi, who's arguably the best fighter in the division, but Nietes has been on a pretty good run as well. I might edge Nietes on this one.Comment

now that you say that..I'm pretty sure the Martin fight is gonna be televised instead...it's a pretty solid undercard but if they put the Neites vs Garcia fight on it would be even better....I agree that Joyi is the best in the division maybe by a lot now especially that Oleydong just got TKOed this morning and Joyi dominated Garcia..so he might be the king of the divisionComment
