arum said this will possibly be the greatest fight of all time.............sure bob I guess you could say that about every fight.
Shane is right, this fight won't go the distance. I see manny starting slower than usual, being careful and feeling shane out early. Once he see's that shane can't get off and has a tell, it's over for pac man. Shane won't last 4 rounds once manny quickens the pace.
BS fight, we all know that. Will be exciting though. For about 6 rounds.Comment

IF Pac stops Mosely, I see it being either like DeLaHoya (not coming out inbetween rounds) or Richardson throwing in the towel or stopping it. If Pac is putting a lot of punishment on Shane, especially if it gets in to the later rounds, I can see Pac taking it easy on him by not going for the knock out - just like he did against Clottey and Margarito. Pacquiao could have easily stepped it up against Clottey, and against Margarito after the 10th round, Pac was looking towards the ref because he didn't want to give Antonio any more punishment. I believe Pacquiao could have stopped both had he really wanted to.Comment

Unfortunately I think Shane is going to do a LOT of clinching, especially in the later rounds after he's gassed out. And with these two being so friendly, I don't see Pac going for a knock out late in the fight unless he hits Shane with a shot that has him out on his feet. Don't get me wrong I think there will be a some exchanges, but they will be far and few inbetween clinches and breaks IMO. Moselys best chance to stop Pac is going to be in the first couple of rounds, just like in the Mayweather fight. If Pac can take Moselys best shot in beginning, Mosely will tire and gradually begin the one shot/hold routine.
The ref is going to be crucial, to see how he's going to handle holding in this fight. It seems like these days the ref either breaks the fighters too soon (doesn't allow them to fight on the inside and work themselves out), or he continually lets them hold and then breaks them up with only a warning. It gets old when the ref continually warns a fighter for holding but then does nothing about it. It's like continuously telling a child "NO" over and over again without consequences. Of course he's gonna keep doing what he's doing if he knows all you're gonna do is say "NO". I think there should be two, maybe three warnings at most and then a ref should start taking points. Whats the point of warning if they're never going to do anything about it? When Junior Witter was told by the ref (in the Devon Alexander fight) inbetween rounds that if he kept on holding he was going to take a point, Witter quit before coming back out of his corner. He knew if he couldn't hold, his game was over. And that's the way it should be IMHO. Holding should be reserved for only when a fighter is hurt by a punch... too many fighters have holding as part of their routine.Comment

This fight is two years too late. I'll catch the Showtime replay, cause I'm not paying for this. Shane in his last couple of fights has completely abondoned his left hand(Shane used to have a mean left hook...........where has that punch gone???????). Naz needs him to bring that left back if he wants Shane to have a shot in the early rounds(As those rounds will be Shanes only shot).

Shane will be stopped fellas.
We forget that Naz was ready to stop it against Floyd in the 9th. And that was against a defensive first fighter. If Pac isnt KO'd by a kill shot he will stop Mosley in 6.Comment
