He was great at 122 and 126 but is totally done at this point and Maidana is going to splatter him all over the canvas.Comment

I don't know about "paying of the judges", but it certainly was a lot closer than the cards would suggest. The first time I watched that fight, I remember thinking to myself: "How was this such a lop-sided, UD for Marquez?" Marquez probably DID win the fight, but not by 116-111 or more. It was probably more like 115-112 or 114-113. Barrera put up a really tough fight, and got shafted. He lost, but not by those margins.Comment

As for Morales being washed up: He's like Ricky Hatton, except worse: He blows up in weight in between fights, and cuts extreme amounts of weight just to make weight. And it shows in his fights. He had no business losing to the likes of Zahir Raheem, talking purely in terms of class. But he did. Why? Because he cut too much weight, and was probably fighting at 50%. The last "great" Morales we'll ever see is the one who beat Pacquiao in 2005. And I think it's no coincidence that he made Manny take random blood testing before the fight. Pacman lost that fight, and it was the last time he had to give blood before a fight. Which is why he won't give blood before any of his fights nowadays. He claims it drains him, or makes him weak.........whatever. Bottom line: Morales' camp mandated blood testing, and Manny lost. Now Manny refuses blood testing. Coincidence or not, I think it raises a lot flags. But back on topic, Morales is beyond shot. He shouldn't even be fighting.Comment
