manny cannot fire koncz, he already made himself so much needed. he is the errand boy of manny when he goes out of the country. koncz is the travel agent, the tour guide, the one who orders food in restaurants, the one who places reservations for manny and his family when they go abroad. the dog who barks the order of manny when hes out of the Philippines. theres nothing wrong with that either because koncz is well compensated for the effort. the problem lies with koncz, he goes overboard of his duties. manny should just remind koncz of his proper place once in awhile.

Koncz enjoys a close relationship with Manny because he is held in a very high position of trust, and is extremely well regarded because of that.

Koncz oversee's most of Pacquiao's business interests.

Koncz doesn't need to be a "boxing guy" because he is not Manny's manager.
