I agree that Mayweather ducked some opponents but he has every right to ask for better testing and Manny declined and that's ok also. Seriously, how can it be an advantage to Mayweather when both would be doing the same test? And saying Mayweather is not the new Commission is ******. The commission is only there to make sure all parties meet the minimum requirements but the fights are negotiated through a contract and stipulations are added all the time. Some people say no to certain stipulations and some people say yes.
