    BoxingScene.com has confirmed that Dave Coldwell, head of boxing for Hayemaker Promotions, put in a very high winning bid of £400,000 pounds for the super middleweight contest between BBBofC British champion James DeGale (9-0, 7KOs) and challenger George Groves (11-0, 9KOs). Adam Booth, also for Hayemaker, put in a bid of £325,000, and promoter Frank Warren put in a bid of £320,000. The fight is ordered to take place by the end of April. Hayemaker has two weeks to name the venue and the date. So far no television date has been secured.

            £400'000? Does each of them get £200'000 then? Thats approxamitley $300'000 each... Thats crazy for a non title fight between to relativley inexperienced fighters.
