Floyd's vid was better. Im not saying he's better over all........**** it yes I am. JCC jr is a close second because of the comedic setting. It looked like a parody so I couldnt take it seriously.

why was ho.mo training by hitting a bag with a baseball bat? I know boxers use sledgehammer on a tire that's because sledgehammer is huge and heavy and builds endurance, a bat is neither and the way he was swinging it once every 15 seconds didn't look like he was working any sort of explosive style of fitness.
