Showtime didn't have any money for Hopkins until july so he turned to HBO who took the fight because GYM and Pascal prefered to fight Hopkins rather than Dawson.
Also GYM is offering a spot from Dawson to fight Diaconu ( or Andrade ) ...
We should know in a week or two where the fight will take place.
