Showtime Fight Camp 360 vs HBO 24/7

What is your view on these two shows?

24/7 seems a bit fabricated at times and Fight Camp 360 does seem to get behind the scene more and the fighter acting more real.

They also not afraid to ask the tough questions. For me Fight Camp 360 is the much better program.

And with Fight Camp 360 showing Pacquiao vs Mosley in April it will be a good comparison with 24/7 since both fighters have been on that show also.

    Which one do you prefer?

the fighters make the show imo, fight camp 360 is good cos of the personalities involved in the super6, 24/7 is good, but can be hit or miss depending on the fight(ers) the show is promoting.

Mayweather v Hatton was brilliant, Pac v Marg - not so much

24/7 seems much more of an act, and with the constant narration, it seem they are just telling a story, and there is always a moral to this story, something they are trying to preach.

Fight Camp 360 just shows it as it is a lot more fly on the wall.

With the personalities involved, 24/7 has been done much better. The narration only helps to immerse you into the story, like any good narration. And the only time the narration sounds bad is when there is no drama or anything involved with the fighters, like Pac/Marg, Pac/Cotto, etc.

And the 24/7 allows fighters to give the audience what they want to give the audience. With all the backroom interviews (reality TV style) it allows a guy like Floyd, who wants to be the bad guy, to be the bad guy. Guys like Margarito, who stood little chance from the beginning, to have this redemption angle. If Rocky didn't have any of these personalities it after watching it the first time, no one would care to watch it again.

Other than those things, and Fight Camp 360 actually showing some of the fight, the 2 r basically the same.

Couldn't really pick one that I prefer, but just based off of longevity, I'll say 24/7. Fight Camp 360 hasn't been around long enough to have a bad episode, so its really not fair

They are both good in their own ways, 24/7 is more Hollywood with the beautiful cut shots/montages and with the cool voice over by Liev Schreiber. Fight Camp is less dramatized and more relevant content of training etc, I'm pretty eager to see this fresh change - one of the Fight camps I saw on a MMA fight was pretty awesome so look forward to them doing one on Pac/Mosley.

Good overview of both shows, I think most of us agree with this, but it seems it just comes down to personal preference.

I personally don't like get sold a false image and someone telling me what is going on.

Fight Camp 360 has all those close up and shot in POV style. From the super 6 shows I much prefer Fight Camp 360.
