Canelo says that he wants Trout in Guadalajara(Canelo's hometown), ¿What about if Trout(who is the titleholder) wants to defend in his hometown or state? ¿Will Canelo still go after him? I don't see why not since there is a large Mexican community in New Mexico...

he said it was all surreal for him and it hasn't really sunk in that he is a champion but once it does he will get back to the grind and business

Imo this fight should be in New mexico.Triout is from there,And there is
a good amount of mexicans there.But canelo should not go after him yet.
He should go after rhodes first imo.

Canelo does have a better known name name, but now Trout has the title & that will give him recognition & should give him the choice of where he would like to defend his title.. Nobody cares about Trout, even if he´s the champ. He has no power and hugs too much, he never hurt Alvarez. Anyway, if the fight is in New Mexico, Canelo would have more fans, idiot. You Puerto Ricans don´t understand that Mexican fighters have a big fan base all over the Southwest. You guys only have it in NYC and nearvy areas.
