I'm a huge Klitschko fan, but I don't share the same confidence as others regarding this fight. Solis is dangerous. To me, he is the most worthy and capable challenger in the division. The fat jokes are funny and all, but it's hard to dismiss the Cuban's pedigree. I'd like to think Vitali will come through the task though.

He's got a better shot at the 40 year old Vitali than he does Wlad, and I'm more than a little concerned that Vit hasn't started training camp yet.

You have a less than 14% chance of NOT being stopped when facing a Klitschko. You have a 0.00000000000000% chance of winning 6 rds in a 12 rd distance bout let alone winning 7 rds. A Klitschko fight ending in a draw is like drawing 6 straight numbers in a lotto drawing.... not happening. Only one time they failed to be ahead on the scorecards at the end of a bout & that was just for a 2 rd fight. You have less than a 5% chance of beating them overall & 80% of those occurences is when they beat themselves by gassing out or getting injured. What this means is that you got a 1 in 101 chance to legitimately beat a Klitschko without an asssssterisk & the chances of you being a fast southpaw with deceptive handspeed is slim & none.

2+2 is not always 4 in boxing.

Get your boy to weigh 10lbs less than Klitschko come fight night & maybe it'll add a few percentage points to his chances>>> maybe.

Does Solis have a mental handicap? I mean he seems kind of simple to me. What grown normal man with normal intelligence will ice out a sponge bob square pants necklace and then show it off?

You mean, "huge Klitschko fan" and objectivity aren't mutually exclusive? lol

I'd love to think Solis has a chance in this fight. When I say "chance," I mean a decent shot. I doubt Vitali is taking this fight lightly; he knows better than his fans. Odlanier should be proud to go the distance. I get the feeling that, sometime during or after the fight, Solis's fans will lament Odlanier not showing up in fighting shape.
